To request deletion of your account and associated data, email support@zonko.ai with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Please include your registered phone number. Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

If you are experiencing a technical issue with Rumi, please describe the problem in as much detail as possible. Include screenshots if available, along with your device model and operating system version, to help us resolve the issue faster.
